Mission Statement

The Council of Filipino Organizations of Arizona Foundation (CFOAF) is dedicated to advancing the well-being of the Filipino-American community by championing charitable, educational, cultural, and humanitarian programs. We cultivate inclusive leadership, uplift underserved populations, and forge partnerships that strengthen equity, unity, and sustainable community impact.

CFOAF is committed to providing scholarships, mentorship, and learning opportunities that help Filipino-American students achieve their fullest potential. By investing in education, we not only open doors to academic and professional success but also nurture leaders who will carry forward the values of unity, equity, and service.
  • Cultivate Leadership:  ​Strong, inclusive leadership is essential to the growth of our community. CFOAF fosters leadership development through training programs, mentorship, and civic engagement initiatives. By equipping the next generation of leaders with knowledge, skills, and confidence, we strengthen the Filipino-American voice and ensure a legacy of representation and advocacy in Arizona and beyond.
